priSM® credential holders - overview of Student credential requirements

This level is appropriate for the undergraduate or graduate student (carrying at least a 50% normal full‐time academic course of study) who does not meet the requirements for the Associate credential holder. Please note there is an eight (8) year membership limit within the Student designation.


Mandatory Requirements:

  1. BulletStudent Membership (or any form of membership) with itSMF


  1. BulletSigned itSMF Code of Ethics form


  1. BulletEnrolled (at least 50% of a normal full‐time course of study) in an accredited college/university course of study


  1. BulletDemonstrate a reasonable interest in the area of Service Management (essay section of the application form)


Applicant submits:

  1. BulletSigned copy of the priSM® Application Form with a signed copy of the itSMF Code of Ethics and priSM® agreement (included at the end of this application)


  1. BulletRésumé, CV or priSM® Supplemental CV Addendum Form


  1. BulletClass schedule/transcript must include institution and student name Completed and signed priSM® Student Sponsorship Form
